Spike and Rarity's Meeting

Spike the young dragon was at the library again cleaning up after Twilight Sparkle.  This time however he was expecting a special pony.  He could remember the night he experienced with Rarity.  The way she kissed Spike all over felt like an angel kissing Spike.  Ever since Twilight told what happened to Rarity later that night, Rarity soon felt a bit uncomfortable and humiliated.  One day Spike showed up at Rarity's boutique and asked her to come to the library and talk.

Rarity agreed, just to only explain to the dragon that what she did wasn't intentional.  The pony showed up at the front door.

"Evening, Miss Rarity," Spike greeted in a pseudo-gentleman manner.  "Please come to my humble home."  Spike noticed that Rarity's mane was wet.

"That's very lovely Spike, but I just wanted to converse with you.  About what happened."

"Anything for you Rarity," Spike took a seat on the sofa.  "Oh before that, I must ask, what happened to your mane?  It's all wet."  Rarity blushed. "It was raining when I got here."  Now Rarity would never go outside on a rainy day without an umbrella.  Spike looked out the window, "But the sun's out," he said.  "And you hate getting your mane wet."  Rarity chuckled nervously.  Spike didn't know that she wet her mane on purpose.

I hope he adores it, she thought.  

"So what do you want to talk about?" Spike asked.

"Spike, I normally would have said no to your invitation, but I just feel as though I must tell you something."  Rarity went on, "Spike, I want to apologize about what happened that night.  I was very unladylike back there.  I never should have drunk all that fruit punch.  And what I did to you Spike-."

Her words were cut off.  Spike felt confused as he was on the very night.  "Go on Rarity."

The pony bit her lip, the words were there.  "What I did to you Spike, I actually..."

Almost as if someone pushed her, Rarity gave the little dragon a kiss.  Again, Spike was confused.  Rarity finished, "I meant it, darling."  Spike smiled, and gave his friend a hug.  "It's okay Rarity."  

Once again, Spike was enjoying the smooches he received from the other night.  This time they were for real.
